These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FFF Skin Tool mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), provided by DIGITAL SPACE ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the App
3. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality, servers, or networks
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the App without our permission
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, graphics, logos, and underlying code, is owned by DIGITAL SPACE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App other than the limited license described in Section 2.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIGITAL SPACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DIGITAL SPACE, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
11. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without liability. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City], Gujarat, India.
13. Severability
